* Pool heating is optional and costs $120 per week and must be requested at the time of booking.
* For short bookings less than 5 days, a $75 cleaning charge will be payable.
* For bookings in excess of 21 days duration we may offer a discount on the advertised rates.
Booking information
At the time of booking, a deposit of 10% is required. A security deposit of $300 is due along with the final balance 56 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable, pending an inspection from our management company.
